Enterprises producing and trading food products need to apply for a Health Certificate according to Circular 52/2015/TT-BHYT of the Ministry of Health.
The first condition to apply for a Health Certificate is that the export business have to meet Vietnam's food safety and hygiene conditions.
Production facilities comply with food safety and hygiene regulations of importing countries according to contracts or international regulations, mutual recognition agreements on assessment results appropriate to the related countries and territories.

Method 1: Submit application directly to the Vietnam Food Safety Authority - Ministry of Health.
