What are the requirements for intellectual property goods when importing and exporting?

Intellectual property goods are products registered for protection under intellectual property law.

When exporting or importing goods registered for intellectual property protection, enterprises need to have papers proving the origin of goods (purchase invoices, manufacturer's authorization letter, catalogs, assessment conclusions, foreign documents, results of handling similar cases, etc.)

What happens if intellectual property goods aren't eligible for import and export?

If you don't meet the above conditions, your goods will be stopped doing import and export customs procedures and transferred to the relevant competent authorities for settlement.
